Sexual Harassment Education & Prevention Workshop

As ANTN grows, we are expanding, defining and refining the policies, procedures and practices that are in alignment with our mission, vision and purpose. This training with Anne Caldwell, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is one that ANTN staff and leadership will be completing to support our growth.

Others can benefit from this important information, so we are opening the session to ANTN members as well as friends and colleagues from across the New Thought community.

Sexual Harassment Education & Prevention Objectives...

• Determine our present knowledge on the subject. 
• Present a legal basis for identifying sexual harassment.
• Provide guidelines for determining the difference between behavior that is okay and behavior that is not okay.
• Show how you can stop unwanted sexual behavior.
• Show you how the organization can assist in stopping unwelcome sexual behavior.

Bio

Anne Caldwell founded Outsourcing Solutions in Arizona in 1993 to implement her vision of ethical and effective human resource management. The company specializes in small businesses, especially those that do not require their own human resource department, but have leaders who recognize the need for the expertise.

Many leaders are focused on their specific organization, and fail to notice the culture being created as a result of this growth. Designing a set of policies and approaches can reduce the stress the organization undergoes as it continues to grow.

Anne has a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
